Paola Navone has got it all: she’s a world renowned architect, interior designer, event planner, decorator, art director… and the list goeas on. Although she normally doesn’t do residential design, I guess there was something about this 200 old building and its owners that made her take the project. Originally a silkworm farm, and later a tobacco drying plant, this is a gorgeous loft-like home, where there are no divisions, but a big open space where all rooms blend into a whole. White and bright, with eclectic pieces and amazing details, this is the perfect home to kick off the week feeling inspired and relaxed. So sit back and enjoy!
I don’t know about you guys, but this home has so many gorgeous things that drive make me drool: the white walls, the wood floor with the hydraulic tile I’m crazy about, the black, gray, and white combo mixed with brown, the mismatched chairs in the dinin room, the amazing bathtub… you name it. Above all, I love the relaxed and serene atmosphere… who could say living in a 200 year old barn/factory would be so great?
Oh, and if you want to steal the look, here are a few key pieces. They are pretty basic and neutral, so I’m positive you can find them anywhere you live.
1. cama / canopy bed, 2. tapete / rug, 3. sofá, 4. mosaico / tile
